Reiki (ray-key)is an ancient healing art that brings relaxation and healing.  The healing art of Reiki is Heart-Centered and brings with it inner peace and relaxation. Treat yourself to this amazing source of total well being and healing.

The word reiki means "universal life force" and refers to the healing energy surrounding us at all times. Under ordinary circumstances we are not always able to access this healing force. A reiki treatment is an assist in that process. Through the treatment, the client is able to access the healing universal energy in order to relax, heal and harmonize spirit, mind and body.

The treatment itself involves the practitioner placing hands upon areas of the client's body and acting as a conduit for the universal life force. The client remains dressed and rests comfortably on the massage table. You can expect several outcomes from a reiki session:

*Increased connectedness to one's own power of healing
